Mass Production

Carbon Fiber Mass Production, Done In-House

Once your sample is approved, we move it into stable batch production on our own lines — wet carbon, prepreg dry carbon, forged carbon, and colored carbon. No handoffs to third-party factories, no surprises between sample and shipment.

The Right Process for Your Volume

We run several composite processes under one roof. For each project we pick the route that fits your strength target, surface requirement, budget, and volume — not the one that happens to be free on the schedule.

ProcessBest ForVolume Fit
Prepreg Autoclave (Dry Carbon)Lightest weight, highest strength, premium finishLow to medium volume, flagship products
Compression MoldingFast cycle time and high repeatabilityMedium to high volume programs

Quality at Scale

Same Part, Every Batch

Our quality system runs on ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards. In practice, that means documented control at every step — not just a final look before packing.

Laminate layup simulation and first-article report for a carbon fiber hood

Before Production

  • Manufacturability review and layup simulation
  • CNC mold accuracy verification
  • First-article report approved before any batch starts
  • Inspection standards agreed with you in writing

During Production

  • Documented SOPs for layup, curing, and finishing
  • Weave direction and symmetry planning for multi-piece kits
  • UV-resistant resin and coating systems, validated by aging tests
  • Paint adhesion and surface hardness checks

Before Shipment

  • 100% inspection: surface, key dimensions, mounting points
  • Packaging inspection to survive international freight
  • Photos and records available for your files

If Something Goes Wrong

  • Batch issues go through a formal NCR review
  • Root cause investigated by engineering, quality, and production together
  • Corrective actions written back into the SOP
  • Solution based on agreed quality responsibility — see our after-sales policy
Supply & Delivery

Built for Repeat Orders

For dealers and brands, the first batch is only the start. We set up production so reorders stay predictable.

Warehouse shelves stocked with semi-finished carbon fiber parts

Inventory Planning

For long-term partners we can plan forecast-based production, hold semi-finished stock, and schedule staged deliveries — so your best sellers stay in stock.

Overseas Warehouses

Selected products can ship from our warehouse stock in North America or Europe instead of waiting for production in China. See shipping options.

Order Tracking

Our AI-powered OTD system gives you visibility across key stages — mold, first sample, production, QC, packing, and shipment.

Dropshipping

For selected in-stock products we support dropshipping cooperation, including product data, images, and warehouse fulfillment.

How It Works

From Approved Sample to Repeat Production

A typical path looks like this. Custom projects usually reach the first sample in about 58 days after design data is confirmed.

FAQ

Common Questions About Production

What is your minimum order quantity?

For most custom projects, MOQ starts around 20–30 pieces. Smaller runs for prototypes, show cars, or validation builds can be reviewed case by case, though unit cost will be higher.

How long does bulk production take?

Standard production takes about 15–45 days depending on quantity, process, product size, and finishing requirements. Very large or complex orders get a confirmed schedule before we start.

Can you keep quality consistent across a multi-piece kit?

Yes. We plan fabric cutting, weave direction, and layup sequence at the SOP stage, so front lips, side skirts, hoods, and wings in the same kit stay visually consistent.

What if a batch has a serious quality issue?

We open an NCR, investigate the root cause with engineering and production, correct the SOP, and resolve it based on the quality responsibility agreed before production.

Can you hold stock for us overseas?

For long-term partners we can discuss forecast planning, semi-finished inventory, and stocking in our North America or Europe warehouses.
