FAQ

Payment Questions, Answered

Which currency do you invoice in?

USD is our standard invoicing currency. If you need another currency, mention it when requesting your quote and we will confirm what is possible.

When do I pay?

Custom orders: deposit before production, balance before shipment. In-stock items: full payment before dispatch. Your proforma invoice states the exact terms.

Is paying you safe?

Every order is documented with a formal proforma invoice, and bank transfers go to our registered company account. You get written records at every stage.

Can I pay after delivery?

Production requires a deposit to schedule materials and tooling, so we cannot start work on credit. For long-term partners, terms can be reviewed as the relationship develops.
