After-Sales & Warranty

Quality claims handled through a formal NCR process with root-cause investigation — because a manufacturer should stand behind what it makes.

How Claims Work

A Defined Process, Not Excuses

If something goes wrong, there is a clear path: report, investigate, resolve. Here is exactly how it works.

1. Report

Contact us with your order number, photos, and a short video of the issue. The more detail, the faster the review.

2. Investigation

Quality issues go through a formal NCR review — engineering, quality, and production teams find the root cause together.

3. Resolution

Depending on the confirmed cause and agreed quality responsibility: repair guidance, replacement, or credit. Batch issues also trigger an SOP correction.

Coverage

What Is Covered

We stand behind our manufacturing. Here is the honest scope.

Covered

Manufacturing defects: delamination, weave or coating defects out of spec, and fitment that deviates from the approved sample or confirmed data.

Not Covered

Damage from improper installation, accidents, modification or repainting, and normal wear. If a situation sits in a grey zone, we review it case by case — tell us what happened.

FAQ

After-Sales Questions, Answered

How do I report a problem?

Email us your order number, photos, and a short video showing the issue. Your case goes directly into our quality review process.

How long does a resolution take?

Once we receive complete evidence, engineering reviews the case and comes back with an assessment and proposed solution. Timing depends on the issue, but you will always know the status.

What happens if a whole batch has an issue?

We open an NCR, investigate the root cause with engineering and production, correct the SOP, and resolve it based on the quality responsibility agreed before production.

What if the parts arrived damaged from shipping?

Document the damage at delivery with photos of the packaging and parts, then contact us. We will help with the carrier claim and work out a solution with you.
