No ticket systems, no script readers. Your technical questions go to the engineers who run our molds and production lines.

3D CAD design of a carbon fiber car wing on an engineering workstation

Material & Process Advice

Wet carbon, prepreg dry carbon, forged carbon, weave, and finish — we explain the trade-offs for your application and budget.

Fitment & Data

3D scanning, reverse engineering, and mounting-point verification. Prototype fitment is validated on the car — and when a fit fails, we adjust and re-test until it is right.

Aero Validation

For wings, splitters, and diffusers we run CFD to compare designs and read airflow trends — pressure distribution and downforce balance. We treat it as an engineering comparison tool, not a promise of numbers.

Your IP Stays Yours

For original designs, an NDA is signed before you share drawings or samples — and tooling ownership is defined in writing: the design stays yours, your molds are used only for your orders, and we do not sell your design to anyone else.

FAQ

Technical Questions, Answered

How do you control fitment accuracy?

Through 3D scanning, reverse engineering, CAD data comparison, CNC mold accuracy, mounting-point verification, trial fitting where available, and final inspection before delivery. Install position is treated as part of the engineering — aerodynamics included.

Can you review my design before production?

Yes. Every project gets a manufacturability (DFM) review covering structure, material, process, and mold planning before any tooling starts.

What files should I send?

STP, STL, or IGS files work best. A physical sample or an existing prototype also works — we can 3D scan and reverse-engineer from it.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. For original designs we sign an NDA and define project ownership, tooling use, and confidentiality requirements in writing.

How fast do you respond?

On working days (Monday–Saturday, GMT+8) technical inquiries get a reply within 12 hours.
