Why Carbon

Why Carbon Fiber Fender Trims — and What to Look For

Fender trims and widebody flares do two jobs: they cover wider wheel and tire setups legally and cleanly, and they give the car its muscular stance. On a widebody car, the arches are the build.

Contour match to the quarter panel is everything — a flare that fights the body line never looks right. Our molds follow the factory arch curve of each model, with reinforced edges and multi-layer UV-stable clear coat as standard.

Arch-contour molds

Following the factory body line of each specific model

Extension widths

From +10 mm subtle trims to full widebody flares

UV-stable clear coat

Anti-yellowing formula, standard on all exterior parts

Customization

What You Can Customize on a Fender Trim Set

Trim vs Widebody Flare

Slim arch trims for a subtle widen, or bolt-on widebody flares that add real tire clearance.

Width Options

Selected molds offer multiple extension widths — tell us your wheel offset and tire width.

Full Widebody Bundles

Arches matched with bumpers, skirts and spoilers from the same widebody mold family.

Wet vs Dry Carbon

Wet carbon for street value; prepreg dry carbon where weight matters.

Weave & Color

2×2 twill, 1×1 plain, forged carbon, Kevlar blends — matched across the kit.

Finish

High-gloss or matte/satin clear coat. Matte suits wrapped or stealth cars; gloss shows the weave deepest.

Before You Order

Fitment, Installation & Safety Notes

Installation: arch trims bond and screw to the factory arch lip — 45–90 minutes for a full set. Widebody flares additionally need the factory arch trimmed on some molds; the install sheet marks the cut line.

Wheel fitment: tell us your wheel width, offset and tire size when ordering — we confirm the flare width clears at full lock and full compression.

Paint & PPF: clear-coated carbon can be PPF-wrapped like paint. Many widebody cars get painted flares — order matte for best adhesion prep if you plan to paint.

FAQ

Carbon Fiber Fender Trims Questions

How much wider can I go on wheels?

Depends on the mold — subtle trims add around 10 mm of coverage, widebody flares 30–70 mm. Tell us your wheel and tire spec and we will confirm clearance.

Do I need to cut my factory fenders?

Slim trims: no. Widebody flares on some models: yes, the factory arch lip is trimmed along a marked line. The install sheet shows exactly where.

Can I get the full widebody as one kit?

Yes — arches, bumpers, skirts and spoilers from the same mold family, weave and finish matched in one production run.

Which models already have molds?

57 models across 18 brands — Nissan, Toyota, Ford, BMW and more. Filter the catalog above, or send us your model and we will confirm within 12 hours.

How are fender trims shipped?

As a set in contoured cartons with foam separation. Sea freight default for batches; air for urgent sets.

What is the MOQ for existing-mold customization?
