A front lip sits at the lowest, most visible edge of the car. Done right, it adds front-axle downforce, sharpens turn-in at speed and sets the stance of the whole front end; done wrong, it scrapes on the first driveway.
Rigidity and edge finish decide how a lip ages. Ours are laid up with reinforced mounting flanges, and every exterior piece gets multi-layer automotive clear coat with UV inhibitors as standard.
Uses factory bumper mounting points wherever the OEM design allows
Anti-yellowing formula, standard on all exterior parts
Low-profile lips for street, extended splitters for track use
Low-profile lips for street stance, or extended splitters with real downforce for track cars. Existing molds cover both.
Add a flat undertray panel for smoother airflow and a finished engine-bay underside look.
Match the lip with canards or side extensions from the same mold family — weave and finish aligned across the set.
Wet carbon for street builds and value; prepreg dry carbon for track cars where stiffness and weight matter.
2×2 twill, 1×1 plain, forged carbon, Kevlar blends — matched across a full kit if you order more than the lip.
High-gloss or matte/satin clear coat. Gloss shows the weave deepest; matte suits wrapped or stealth cars.
Installation: most lips bolt or bond to the factory bumper underside — typically 20–40 minutes with the car on ramps. Self-tapping screws and 3M tape kits are included where the design calls for them.
Ground clearance: a lip lowers effective clearance by roughly 20–40 mm. For steep driveways or daily drivers, pick a short-variant lip rather than a full splitter.
Paint & PPF: clear-coated carbon can be PPF-wrapped like paint — recommended for lips, they live in the stone-chip zone. If you plan to paint, order the matte finish for best adhesion prep.
Step-by-step carbon fiber front lip installation from the manufacturer. Factory screw points, 3M VHB tape, multi-piece race lips with brackets, and mistakes to avoid.

See the development process →A lip lowers clearance by roughly 20–40 mm depending on the design. Most street cars manage fine with a slower approach angle; for steep driveways we recommend the short-variant molds.
Direct fit. Existing-mold lips use the factory bumper mounting points — self-tapping screws and/or 3M tape, no cutting on the car.
Street lips are mostly styling with minor drag reduction. Extended splitter designs with an undertray produce measurable front-axle downforce at highway and track speeds.
