What is the MOQ for custom carbon fiber sheets?
Standard-size sheets start from 10 pcs. For custom sizes or CNC-cut parts, MOQ depends on the design — send us your drawing and we will confirm within 12 hours.
Will I be charged extra for CNC cutting, drilling, or mold fees?
All processing costs are included in your quote before production starts. After we review your requirements, we tell you every cost upfront — material, tooling, cutting, drilling, and finishing. Nothing is added later.
Can you cut sheets to my drawing?
Yes. CNC cutting is available upon request. Send us DXF, DWG, or PDF files — even hand sketches with dimensions are acceptable for simple shapes.
What is the difference between prepreg autoclave and hot-press sheets?
Prepreg autoclave sheets have higher fiber content, lower weight, and a cleaner finish — ideal for visible or structural parts. Hot-press sheets are more economical and suitable for large panels and hidden applications. See how we run both processes in our mass production service.
Can carbon fiber sheets be bent or re-shaped after curing?
No. Cured carbon fiber is rigid and cannot be re-formed. If you need a curved part, we mold it to shape during production — send us the part design.
How do I choose the right thickness?
0.5–1 mm for decorative skins; 1.5–3 mm for drone frames, trim panels, brackets; 4 mm and above for structural plates, jigs, and load-bearing parts. Tell us your application and we will advise.
Do you offer surface protection for outdoor use?
Yes. UV-resistant clear coating is available and recommended for automotive, marine, and outdoor applications.
