Our Development Process
Different carbon fiber projects need different development logic. Choose the path that best matches your project type — exterior styling, aerodynamic performance, or structural composite parts.
Overall timing note:
After design data is confirmed, most projects can complete first samples in 45–58 days. CNC mold making usually takes 15–20 days, mold replication 20–25 days, and sample production 15–20 days. Early design and confirmation time are not included.
Exterior Body Kit Development
Best for front lips, side skirts, diffusers, spoilers, hoods, fenders and complete body kits.
CFD Aero Parts Development
Best for splitters, rear wings, diffusers, canards, hood vents and track-focused aero kits.
Structural Carbon Parts Development
Best for intake systems, interior structures, brackets, embedded mounting parts and CAD-driven components.
